Photos are used for one purpose only. Your uploaded photos are used solely to generate your prediction. They are deleted after delivery of your results. We do not store them, share them, or use them for any other purpose.
No facial recognition. We do not perform facial recognition and we do not use your photos to identify you.
What we collect. When you place an order we collect your email address, the body metrics you enter (height, weight, age, gender, activity level) and your uploaded photos. If you sign up for the free body score we collect your email address.
Data processors. We work with trusted processors to run the service: Vercel (frontend hosting), Supabase (database), Railway or Fly.io (backend hosting, depending on deployment), Stripe (payments), SiliconFlow (image generation), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare R2 (file storage, EU region). Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement, and where personal data is transferred outside the EEA we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Copies of our Data Processing Agreements are available upon request.
Data retention. Your photos are deleted within 24 hours after your results are delivered, and no later than 30 days after upload. Order records (email, plan, body metrics, timestamps) are kept for 24 months for refund, tax and analytics purposes, then anonymized or deleted.
Data breach notification. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law.
Your rights. Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@morphme.ai.
Free body score photos. Photos submitted for a free body score are used only to prepare your score report, are subject to the same 24-hour deletion policy, and are never used for any other purpose without your consent.
Children's privacy. MorphMe is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA) or from minors under 18. If you believe a child's data was submitted, contact us and we will delete it.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents may request details about the personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information. California residents may also limit the use or disclosure of their sensitive personal information. Anonymous product improvement. We may use anonymized, aggregated results to improve our models. No personally identifiable information is used for this.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use MorphMe. By using the service you confirm you are 18 or older.
Your photos. You warrant that you own or have the right to use any photos you upload, and that the photos are of you (or you have permission). Uploading photos of minors or of others without permission is prohibited.
Personal use only. Generated images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of generated images is prohibited.
Prohibited use. You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove any content and refuse service.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms.
Refund & withdrawal. If you are not satisfied with your prediction, you may request one free revision or a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. For consumers in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, unless you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the result is delivered. By completing your order, you agree to immediate delivery. If you have already received your result, the 7-day money-back guarantee above applies instead.

As-is and limitation of liability. The service and predictions are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
